University of Oxford Unions UCU, Unison and Unite are the three unions recognised by the University of Oxford to represent staff.  The unions take part in discussions with the University on a variety of issues which directly affect staff employment terms and conditions and provide advice and assistance to individual members with work-related problems.  The joint stand will be staffed by union representatives who will be happy to explain which union is right for you; what benefits union membership will provide; answer any questions you may have and give you information to take away.
